About the role
We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative. You'll own your territory — prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with small and mid-size businesses. If you're energized by being in the field and love the thrill of the win, this is your seat.
What you'll do:
-Manage and grow a dedicated territory through in-person prospecting and customer visits
-Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at target accounts
-Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to each prospect
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
-Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting-Holds a firm understanding of Lumber, doors, and windows
What we're looking for
-2+ years of outside or B2B or B2C sales experience
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Self-starter comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
