The Director of Business Performance & Operations is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the ITS business operates with discipline, visibility, and consistency. This role connects strategy to execution by leading the business operating cadence, coordinating revenue operations, and providing performance transparency across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). In addition, this role leads FORCE (Focused on Reaching Cost Excellence)a structured program to improve cost efficiency, margin performance, and operational discipline across product, supply chain, and business support functions. Working closely with the GM and functional leaders, this role ensures priorities are translated into execution and that performance is clearly measured, understood, and continuously improved.

Cubic Pay Range: $140,630.00 - $261,170.00* + benefits.
*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
