Tokio Marine HCC offers a competitive salary and a generous employee benefit package that includes among other benefits, subsidized medical, prescription, dental, vision and basic life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan with Company matching contributions and educational/loan assistance. Subject to local and state laws governing the accrual of paid time off (PTO), Employees will receive 20 days of PTO, prorated for the current year based on date of hire. Employees annually receive approximately 11 paid holidays, one paid volunteer day, and up to two paid floating holidays.
The Adventure Ahead:
The Product Analyst supports the Underwriting team, the Product team, and the Compliance Departments as document issuers and developers. Their role is to manage, update, evaluate, and assist with the overall wording issuing of new custom group wordings and renewals in accordance with WorldTrips business needs. A general understanding of compliance and regulations, as they relate to legal and regulatory agencies, and comprehensive knowledge of benefit designs within the WorldTrips product portfolio is required.
The Product Analyst works with Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Business Intelligence, Sales, Account Services, Legal, Claims, and Marketing on a regular basis.
