Dietary Aide
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab, a premier healthcare facility in Greendale, Wisconsin. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional nutrition and culinary services. Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and special diet requests
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Monitor food temperatures, inventory, and supply levels to ensure optimal meal service
Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement meal plans and menus
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; nutrition or culinary education a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of nutrition and food preparation methods
