There may be some flexibility to meet business needs.What sets this role apart is that you're selling high-value treatments that truly change others' lives and support positive long-term outcomes! You're not offloading mundane products; you're promoting valuable solutions for patients' unique needs and helping ease their pain and discomfort. With every treatment you book, your paycheck will grow!You'll convert warm leads into satisfied patients by guiding individuals through our healthcare treatment options, building trust in your expertise and our practice, and closing profitable deals. Respect and understanding will be crucial as you navigate the patients' financial situations and present the appropriate treatment options. You'll professionally answer questions, resolve concerns, and foster meaningful relationships between our practice and patients!WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SALES SPECIALIST - FINANCIAL CASE MANAGER WHO...Has:Proven sales experience, ideally in a direct sales role within a high-ticket industry like medical, pharmaceutical, or real estateWorking knowledge of the financial aspects involved in patient care and sales-driven healthcare servicesEffective and professional communication skillsSelf-motivation to achieve real results and exceed quotasProfessional, business-minded mentalityHunger to keep growing, learning, and performing at a high levelCan:Follow scripts, set protocols, and proven procedures to maximize successBuild trust, create rapport, and form relationshipsExplain the value of treatments and confidently close high-dollar transactionsLearn how to perform patient consultations, respectfully communicate about health histories, and identify the underlying factors motivating patientsThrive in energetic, fast-paced environmentsListen and adapt to constructive feedbackABOUT US:For almost 30 years, Carolina TotalCare has been dedicated to providing comprehensive, natural healthcare to our patients.
