Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and execute multifamily and commercial construction projects. This role is based in Denver and is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project management with multifamily projects (commercial is a plus). Client Details The company is a well-established and growing organization within the Colorado general contracting industry. As a medium-sized firm, it is known for its commitment to delivering quality and excellence in every project it undertakes. Description Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to track progress and performance. Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure effective resource allocation and management across all phases of the project. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of proven experience managing multifamily construction projects as a project manager. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Proficiency with project management tools and software. A solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. The ability to identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
