Summary & Contractor Scope Services

ReadUP sessions take place three days a week at various schools throughout Central Indiana.

Coordinating with the ReadUP Manager and site-based ReadUP Coordinators, this contractor provides volunteer registration, offers technical assistance to coordinators and volunteers, responds to volunteer inquiries, and helps execute recruitment strategies and outreach efforts. Unlike site-based coordinators, this contracted role not lead programming at a specific school but instead enhances consistency, efficiency, and volunteer support across the entire ReadUP network.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Support the collection and organization of volunteer data, including registration, attendance, and communication logs.
  • Assist with program surveys and documentation required for evaluation.
