We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist with a strong background in employee relations and recruiting. This position requires a consultative approach with leadership and employees and will lead all human resources and employment related activities for their assigned business unit(s). Responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting, diversity, policy and procedure implementation, compliance, and HRIS actions. Building talent pipelines and partnering with leaders regarding organizational changes and employee development are ongoing deliverables. May include some remote work opportunity.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Human Resources (advanced degree may be substituted for work experience, if applicable). 5 or more years of experience in human resources At least 3 years of experience leading employee relations and/or compliance investigations
