Lead the guest experience for an exciting new restaurant opening.
An established hospitality group is preparing to open a new high-volume, upscale restaurant in Philadelphiabringing together elevated cuisine, vibrant energy, and an unforgettable guest experience. We are seeking a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations from the ground up and play a key role in shaping the culture, service standards, and long-term success of this opening.
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations and help create an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in opening environments, knows how to build and develop teams, and is passionate about delivering elevated service in a fast-paced setting.
While experience within Mexican or Latin-inspired concepts is preferred, the group is open to leaders from other upscale restaurant backgrounds who bring strong people leadership, operational discipline, and a hospitality-first mindset.
You will drive service excellence, establish operational standards, coach and develop team members, and ensure a seamless guest experience while supporting overall restaurant performance.
