The Sr. Materials Manager is a key site leader overseeing a 50+ person materials organization through 710 direct leaders. This role drives the strategy and execution of all materials functions, including production control, detailed scheduling, inventory management, logistics, and 3PL performance. You'll shape day-to-day flow while building long-term capability, strengthening capacity management, schedule performance, shortage recovery, and risk mitigation. The Sr. Materials Manager ensures materials move seamlessly from raw inputs to finished goods, enabling reliable operations, regulatory compliance, and strong customer delivery performance.
