Onsite Recruitment Lead
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches,and ATS tools for junior to mid-level IT positions.
Conduct initial interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Post jobs on LinkedIn/Indeed, craft outreach messages, and track metrics like time-to-hire.
Collaborate on employer branding and support onboarding for 20-30 hires quarterly.
Maintain compliance with US hiring laws and update talent pools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1-2 years in recruitment, ideally IT/tech sourcing (entry-level with strong internship experience welcome).
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and ATS (, Salesforce, Workday).
Excellent English communication; knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
