We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our Dearborn office. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a hands-on approach to engineering, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in both team operations and project delivery.
This position is based in Dearborn, MI, and requires on-site presence to manage office operations and collaborate with the team effectively. Ghafari's current policy for managers requires four days in the office and allows one remote workday per week. Occasional travel may be required for project-related activities or client meetings.
