This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial aspects of our property portfolio, driving fiscal strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering sustainable growth. This role is well-suited for candidates who bring strong multifamily finance and accounting experience and are ready to step into an executive leadership position.The CFO will partner closely with the President/CEO, operations, and asset management teams to support day-to-day financial execution, regulatory compliance, and disciplined growth. This is an onsite, in-person role, requiring regular physical presence to collaborate with leadership, supervise staff, and engage directly with operational teams.
