The VP of Operations will oversee field delivery for an industrial electrical services platform executing heavy industrial, mission-critical, and data center projects. This position is responsible for maintaining operational consistency across a demanding project portfolio, with particular emphasis on workforce capacity, project cash flow, schedule performance, and field safety. The role carries accountability for multi-project P&L performance, field workforce development, and safety execution across complex, large-scale electrical contracts. The successful candidate will bring deep construction operations experience, a disciplined approach to project-level margin management, and a track record of developing apprenticeship-to-journeyman talent pipelines while meeting schedule, safety, and profitability objectives.
