We're looking for a Practice Growth Coach (internally known as our Practice Growth Partner/Navigator Coach) to guide dental practices through onboarding, quarterly planning, and hands-on coaching that drives real, measurable results. You'll be the trusted partner Office Managers and Operations Managers turn to when they want their practice meetings to actually move the needle.
If you've sat across the table from dental practice owners and managers before as a consultant, trainer, or coach and you know how to turn a good plan into a great quarter, we want to talk.
Location: Remote (outside the Greater Phoenix market) or hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ Compensation: $85,000 base + bonus opportunity Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and flexible time off Application window: Open until 7/10/2026 or until filled apply early
