The Construction Market Sales Manager owns and leads the B2B growth strategy for the construction market in Four Corners, with a mandate to increase market share, expand the number of operating locations, and strengthen long term customer relationships. This leader coaches and develops a team of sales representatives, ensuring they consistently execute high-quality customer meetings, drive proactive pipeline management, and engage in strategic territory planning.
This position will be a combination of travel (including overnight), customer site visits, in-office meetings and work from home in either Arizona or Colorado, based on business need.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $112,400 - $137,900. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
