We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead a high-impact PeopleSoft 9.2 Labor Administration implementation. This role is ideal for a hands-on functional leader who can bridge business and technical teams while driving requirements, configuration, testing, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. This position will play a critical role in transforming HR and workforce processes within a large, complex organization.
Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
Drive the implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft Labor Administration.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Labor Relations, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Oversee testing efforts including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Support integrations, reporting, data validation, and deployment activities.
Develop training materials and support end-user adoption.
Provide post-go-live stabilization and production support.
