The Supply Chain Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Supply 10GW of compute, the largest build out of compute in history. Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.
• Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint.
• Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modeling that exists. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.

Role Scope

• Own the product roadmap and day-to-day management of Fluidstack's procurement and logistics systems: WMS, IMS, material request ticketing, and dock management tooling.
• Translate operational needs, edge cases, and process changes into clear requirements and user stories for the development team.
• Ensure all procurement and logistics systems are integrated and communicating within the Fluidstack framework, and stay ahead of operational changes to anticipate system updates before they become blockers.
• Define and track system performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across the logistics tech stack.
• Serve as the primary liaison between procurement, logistics, and operations and the engineering team.

What We're Looking For

• You've lived on a logistics, procurement, or operations team and you know what breaks when systems don't reflect reality.
• You've owned logistics or supply chain software (WMS, IMS, or similar) as a product manager or product-minded operator.
• You translate messy operational reality into clear, buildable requirements and user stories for engineers.
• You work fluently with engineering and program management, and you can hold a roadmap while handling day-to-day system issues.
• You measure system performance and drive continuous improvement rather than just keeping the lights on.
• Warehouse or logistics operations background. WMS/IMS implementation. Data center or hardware logistics. Technical PM experience with internal tools.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
