A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Engineer to support complex ground-up, commercial, and multifamily construction projects across Southern California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, organization, and collaborationworking closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to keep jobs moving efficiently, on budget, and on schedule.

25 years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction, including ground-up or large-scale TI projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and materials
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and basic scheduling software
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced jobsite environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Desire to grow into leadership roles (APM, PM) within the company
