Position Overview
The Program Manager Sales Excellence is responsible for managing and executing key initiatives that drive commercial effectiveness across North America.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Excellence, this role ensures strong cross-functional alignment and drives disciplined execution from planning through field adoption. This individual will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution and ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.
