Job Description
Moog's Space Division delivers high-performance solutions that enable reliable spacecraft operation, mission longevity, and customer confidence across commercial, civil, and defense space programs. As the division continues to grow, unified and disciplined program management is essential to ensuring consistent execution and strengthening customer trust.
The Director of Program Management is responsible for building and leading a high-performing program management organization that delivers predictable and repeatable financial, schedule, and performance outcomes across a complex portfolio of programs, including both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus (CP) programs.
This role is accountable for enterprise execution discipline, Estimate at Complete (EAC) integrity, process rigor, and program management talent development. The Director will serve as the authority for program execution, partnering closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Business Unit Leadership to protect margin, customer confidence, and corporate credibility.
