Memory Care Assistant
Full Time: Thursday - Monday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (Tuesday and Wednesday Off)
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
Under the direction of the Director of Health Services/charge nurse or designee, the Memory Care Assistant is responsible for providing a variety of services and resident care to protect, sustain and nurture residents by providing assistance with activities of daily living and meeting other needs as required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. Current experience and/or training as required by state regulations; experience in long-term care community health, geriatric and/or rehabilitative aide.
