About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing hospice organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing key accounts payable, accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with healthcare and financial regulations, and providing meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, healthcare industry experience, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements
-Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required. 1-3 years of accounting experience. Healthcare, hospice, home health, or post-acute care industry experience preferred. -Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
