We are seeking a motivated SOC Watch Officer to support enterprise cybersecurity operations in a fast-paced federal environment.
The successful candidate will help protect mission-critical systems while collaborating with technical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead SOC operations, monitor security events, coordinate incident response, mentor analysts, ensure SLA compliance.
Monitor, analyze, and resolve cybersecurity issues while following established procedures.
Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and briefings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture.
Support compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications Three 3+ years supervisory experience Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Equivalent experience may be considered.
Any one of CASP, CCSP, SSCP, GMON, GCIH, GCIA, or GCED plus a DoD 8570/8140 CSSP Analyst, Infrastructure Support, or Incident Responder certification.
Active TS/SCI clearance 6 years equivalent experience may substitute for one certification.
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
