Capture as-is process details of existing billing rate, payment, and collection functionalities in legacy CIS and integrated systems ex: MDM. Conduct meetings with multiple stakeholders in billing operations, collections, bill presentment wtc. teams to capture to-be process/functionalities and business requirements for implementation in SAP ISU. Write BRD, process diagrams, and bill mockups if required. Closely work with SAP ISU functional analysts and development team to help breaking BRD into functional design and user stories. Coordinate with UAT testing team to help write functional test cases to execute in SAP ISU. Able to handle requirements for multiple rates and bill processes in parallel. Big picture view and propose improvements in existing process and design.
