  • We're looking for an experienced Toddler Teacher to join our warm, collaborative early childhood community.

    • What You'll Do Build nurturing relationships with toddlers and their families.
    • Observe children and plan engaging learning experiences based on their interests.
    • Create a classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
    • Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and development.
    • Collaborate with your teaching team.
    • Reflect on your practice and participate in ongoing professional learning.
    • We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting.
    • Understands child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
    • Builds authentic relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
    • Communicates openly and enjoys working as part of a team.
    • Believes every child can grow and succeed.
    • Is excited to continue learning and growing as an educator.

    Qualifications We welcome applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds, including:

    • Experienced toddler teachers CDA candidates Career changers with relevant early childhood experience Educators seeking a long-term career in early childhood education Compensation & Benefits Salary: $42,000–$58,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
