This role requires strong communication, technical knowledge, and the ability to build trust with residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities The job duties below include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for repairs, installation of electrical systems Conduct in-home and on-site sales consultations for plumbing and sewer services Complete inspection of customer’s sewer lines and drains using a video recording monitor and camera Assess customer needs, inspect plumbing/sewer systems, and recommend appropriate solutions Present and explain repair, replacement, and maintenance options clearly to customers Prepare and present detailed service estimates and proposals Collaborate with field technicians to ensure smooth project execution Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals Educate customers on preventive maintenance, service plans, and financing options Track leads opportunities, and sales activities in CRM or company systems Requirements 3+ years of experience in inside or outside sales Previous drain/sewer plumbing experience A mechanical and technical aptitude Clean, safe driving record Highly organized Strong verbal and written communications.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

• Compensation & Benefits $75K-$150K (Uncapped Commissions) 40 hour week with some flexibility on start time.
• Overtime as necessary.
