The Process Engineer will design manufacturing processes and material flows for wiring harness/connector/FPC products. This person will be pursuing continuous improvement of cost, productivity and quality in the process, material flows, and tooling performance.

This role will be supporting manufacturing processes for our wiring harness, connectors and FPC Products.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end industrialization for Connector, Cable or FPC products, including line design, balancing, capacity modelling, and ramp-up to MP; steward the optimized manufacturing processes.
- Define the automation roadmap (Ex: auto bin changeover, auto packing) and drive cycle-time optimization; reduce downtime through robust standards and skill development
- Adhere to PDP/QMS /EHSMS/ISMS requirements.
- Partner with QA/APQ on PFMEA/Control Plan alignment and exit audits per procedure requirements
- Work extensively on manufacturing process design
- Must have an understand stamping, molding, plating and automation line concept design, mechanical design, PLC or machine control and vision system.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3+ years in wiring harness or connector/FPC manufacturing
- Process/automation line design from end to end (new development to operation, machine building, debugging, maintenance, continuous improvement)
- Quality & Safety: PFMEA/Control Plan governance, exit audits, machine safeguarding, safe work practices
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master's Degree in Engineering discipline
For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
