We are seeking a detail-oriented Training and Document Control Specialist to build and maintain robust training programs and document control systems that ensure compliance, employee competency, and operational excellence from day one at this new manufacturing site.
This is for Shift 1 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
Develop, deliver, and maintain role-specific training programs for photonic semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom protocols, safety, quality standards, and environmental management
Manage the full document lifecycle: creation, review, approval, revision, distribution, and archival of all controlled documents (SOPs, work instructions, policies, and records)
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee training records, certifications, and competency matrices
Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses in partnership with production, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams
Perform internal audits and support external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, customer, and regulatory) for training effectiveness and document compliance
Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements and Nokia global standards through proactive tracking and reporting
Drive continuous improvement of training materials and document control processes in alignment with process changes and site ramp-up needs
