Implements FIS imaging and payments solutions for banking and financial institution clients. Serves as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst on small projects; Technical Analyst on large multi-product engagements. Client-facing role requiring strong communication, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills. Must work US business hours and provide after-hours & weekend support for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live. Up to 25% travel to client sites for installation, training, and go-live support.
