This is an entry-level position specifically built for someone with growth ambitions. Our client is a company that genuinely invests in its team—the vast majority of people who start at this station successfully train and promote onto more advanced, higher-paying machinery. You will start at the foundation of our production line, mastering our finishing and bead-blasting equipment, with a clear blueprint to earn your way up the shop floor.
How You’ll Learn the Trade:
The Training Phase: You will start on 1st Shift for hands-on mentorship. You’ll learn our quality standards, safety protocols, and how to operate our finishing equipment properly.
The Permanent Role: Once you are fully confident, you will transition to your permanent 2nd Shift schedule, running your station independently and keeping the production line moving.
Daily Hands-On Work: Operate specialized bead-blasting machinery, utilize hand tools to finish precision components, inspect parts for defects, and ensure everything leaving your station meets strict specifications.

The Pay: $18.50 per hour (Includes a built-in $1.00/hr shift differential).
