NorthStar Energy Services is seeking a Hiring Coordinator / HR Administrative Support to support high-volume hiring and onboarding activities for field operations. This role is critical to ensuring candidates move quickly and efficiently from offer to start, with a strong focus on paperwork, compliance, and coordination.
This position will support a growing field workforce by managing onboarding processes, coordinating hiring documentation, and working closely with hiring supervisors, field leadership, and HR teams to ensure employees are cleared and ready to mobilize to job sites.
