Guaranteed Hours

35 Hours Per Week

Pay Rate: $58.80 - $68.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assess functional abilities and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Help patients improve daily living, self-care, and mobility skills
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes
