Job Functions Teach core curriculum, including theory and hands-on facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and advanced services.Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development.Inspire professionalism and a strong work ethic, as is required in the service industry.Prepare students for state license exams and placement.Implement company systems and standards.Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services and then train students on the products and protocols.
Job Skills, Education, and Experience Active Esthetics license in WIExperience as a practicing professional and experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lashes, etc.Teaching, training, or leadership experienceAppreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries Schedule: *This would be a substitute position to support our team on an as-needed / on-call basis.
This position is ideal for individuals with flexible availability, as scheduling will vary based on team coverage needs (e.g., vacations, leaves, or last-minute call-outs).
