Marketing Director North Pointe Care Center | Sacramento, CA Base Salary: $120,000-$150,000 annually + Generous Performance Bonus Plan Lead Growth for Sacramento's Premier Advanced Dementia Care Center North Pointe Care Center is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Marketing Director to lead our business development and census growth efforts. North Pointe Care Center is a trusted leader in specialized post-acute care, offering advanced dementia services on a secure campus designed to provide a safe, structured, and compassionate environment for individuals with complex cognitive needs.

We're looking for someone with established relationships throughout the Sacramento healthcare community who is passionate about connecting patients, Veterans, and families with outstanding post-acute and long-term care. What We Offer * Competitive base salary of $120,000-$150,000 annually (DOE) * Generous performance-based bonus plan * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off and holidays * Mileage reimbursement * Supportive executive leadership * Opportunity to represent one of Sacramento's most unique and specialized skilled nursing facilities What You'll Do * Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to increase admissions and census * Build and strengthen relationships with: + Hospital case managers + Discharge planners + Physicians and specialists + VA hospitals and Veteran referral partners + Health systems + Assisted living and memory care communities + Home health and hospice agencies + Community organizations and healthcare providers * Educate referral partners on North Pointe's specialized services, including: + Advanced dementia care + Secure, locked campus + Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services + VA-contracted services for eligible Veterans * Conduct regular in-person marketing visits throughout the Sacramento region * Represent North Pointe Care Center at networking events, community outreach programs, and healthcare meetings * Collaborate closely with Admissions and Clinical Leadership to ensure an exceptional referral experience * Monitor referral activity, identify growth opportunities, and consistently achieve census goals What We're Looking For * Established relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, VA referral partners, and community healthcare providers in the Sacramento region strongly preferred * Three or more years of successful healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or physician liaison experience * Skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, memory care, home health, hospice, or hospital experience preferred * Proven success increasing admissions and developing referral partnerships * Outstanding communication, networking, and presentation skills * Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities * Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Why North Pointe Care Center?
