We are a growing multi-disciplined firm of professional engineers, architects, environmental scientists, geologists, planners and landscape architects headquartered in Syracuse, NY, with branch offices throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut and Maine.
B&L specializes in transportation engineering, water supply, wastewater management, solid waste management, land planning and site design, environmental services, facilities engineering, land surveying and asset management.

We are currently seeking an Asset Management Specialist with 3-5 years of IBM Maximo experience to support the delivery of asset management solutions.
This role focuses on business process documentation and diagramming, functional configuration support, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and end-user training.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate workshops to understand business needs and document and diagram current andfuture-state business processes.Translate business processes into clear functional specifications and supported Maximoconfigurations.Support and validate Maximo configurations, including light functional setup (for example:Application Designer, Domains, non-complex configurations), working with technical resources for advanced development.Plan and lead UAT activities, including drafting test scripts, coordinating execution, managingdefects, and documenting results and sign-offs.Review, format, and validate data for import and export activities to ensure completeness,consistency, and adherence to data standards.Develop user-facing documentation, including SOPs, job aids, training materials, and releasenotes.Deliver end-user training, including instructor-led sessions; comfortable with public speaking andgroup facilitation.Support post-go-live stabilization and recommend ongoing functional improvements.Ensure solutions and documentation comply with B&L standards and IBM Maximo best practices.
