Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency and quality
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen operations
• Set up and break down workstations at the start and end of each shift
• Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service
• Adapt to varying volume levels during events, weekends, and busy periods

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food service environment preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
