Product Coordinator (Bucked Up)

Overview The Product Coordinator serves as a central hub between our product development team and the broader organization particularly the sales team.
You will own the collection, organization, and distribution of all product data and assets, ensure product registrations are completed accurately and on time, and help keep the creative team running smoothly.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and communicates clearly across departments.
Responsibilities Cross-Functional Communication Serve as the primary point of contact between the product development and management team and the sales team, ensuring clear,timely, andaccurate communicationTranslate product development updates into actionable information for sales stakeholders and proactively flag relevant changes or upcoming launchesAttend cross-functional meetings to represent the product team, capture action items, and follow up on commitmentsBuild and maintainstrong working relationships with stakeholders across departments tofacilitatesmooth information flow Product Data & Asset Management Collect andmaintaina comprehensive library of product data including specifications, dimensions,renders, packaging artwork files, and one-pagers for all active and upcoming productsEnsure all product assets are complete, accurate, current, and organized in a structured, accessible way for internal useDistribute product data and assets to stakeholders as requested, fulfilling requests promptly and tracking what has been shared and with whomCoordinate with designers and the product team to ensure assets are produced on schedule and meet the required specifications Product Registrations & Compliance Track and manage all required product registrations, ensuring they aresubmitted accurately and completed on timeMaintain a master log of registration statuses across all active products and marketsFollow up with internal teams and external contacts as needed to resolve registration issues or missing informationStay informed of registration requirements and flag any upcoming deadlines or changes to relevant stakeholders Creative Operations Support Assist in coordinating the design teams workload by helping track project status, deadlines, and priorities across concurrent initiativesCommunicate incoming design requests and timeline requirements from internal stakeholders to the appropriate designersFlag bandwidth conflicts or at-risk deadlines to the Lead Designer or relevant manager in a timely mannerSupport the overall product development timeline by ensuring creative deliverables are accounted for and on track General Maintainaccurate records, trackers, and documentation across all areas of responsibilityIdentify opportunities to improve processes for how product information is captured, stored, and sharedPerform other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing accuracy or detailStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product information for non-technical audiencesExperience managing digital files and assets in a structured, systematic wayComfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships across teams with different priorities and working stylesProactive and self-directed able to identify what needs to be done and follow through without heavy oversightProficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Notion, or similar)Familiarity with creative workflows and design asset types (renders, packaging files, one-pagers) is a plusFluent or native English proficiency Education & Experience 2+ years of experience in a coordinator, project management, or operations role, preferably within a product, creative, or consumer goods environmentExperience working with sales teams or in a cross-functional liaison capacity is a plus Additional Information: Pay is $20 to $25 an hourFull-time schedule Insurance benefits are available for eligible full-time employees.
