Wabash Center is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist to support agency-wide quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety management, and operational excellence. This role conducts quality assurance reviews, compliance audits, safety inspections, documentation reviews, corrective action follow-up, and program monitoring while coordinating Safety Committee activities, emergency preparedness, fleet maintenance, and performance improvement initiatives. The position plays a key role in protecting individuals served, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing organizational risk, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality assurance reviews, compliance audits, and safety inspections for agency programs. Document audit findings and monitor corrective actions through successful resolution. Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and quality documentation. Support Safety Committee operations, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up. Coordinate agency-wide emergency preparedness activities and safety drills. Organize preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and service scheduling for the agency fleet. Monitor compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Promote health, safety, risk management, and abuse/neglect prevention. Assist with continuous quality improvement initiatives and operational support projects. Perform additional administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned.
