About the Role The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with radiologic standards.
This role supports orthopaedic providers by performing imaging procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate, timely results that contribute to effective patient care.
What You Will Do Prepare patients for imaging procedures and provide clear instructions and support throughout the processPosition patients and operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic imagesAdjust equipment settings and follow orthopaedic imaging protocols for accuracy and consistencyMonitor patient safety and apply radiation protection measures at all timesMaintain radiology equipment and report any malfunctions or issues promptlyEnsure proper documentation and maintain adequate imaging supplies Who Thrives in This Role You are detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality imaging resultsYou communicate clearly and help patients feel comfortable during proceduresYou work well in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environmentYou are safety-focused and consistently follow established protocols and standards
