Job description

Under the direction of the Art Director, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling design work across print, digital, and presentation formats to support business and marketing needs. This role spans marketing collateral, brand applications, web and email assets, infographics, and executive presentations translating complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, with working knowledge of Pitch, Keynote, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate is a versatile visual thinker who thrives on craft, clarity, and storytelling across mediums. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with internal and external designers, team members, and brokers to produce high-quality assets and materialsDevelop creative marketing materials that adhere to internal and partner brand standards and guidelinesDesign detailed graphics for use in marketing campaigns across all delivery channels including display advertising, social media, email, SMS, print, etc.Design layouts for landing pages, emails, and other digital marketing materialsDesign pitch decks and executive presentationsUtilize project management software for workflow tasks and updatesLeverage AI design tools to support concept development, asset creation, and workflow efficiency across digital and print projects.Manage and maintain a central repository of brand assets, templates, and design filesStay current on design trends, tools, and best practicesOther design-related tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (corporate or in-house)Lead Funnel UI design experienceStrong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Working proficiency in Pitch, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Microsoft OfficeVersatile design experience across print, digital, and presentation formatsStrong typography, layout, and composition skillsUnderstanding of brand systems and the ability to extend them across platformsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentResume must include online portfolio that can be accessed digitally Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting) About ONE Welcome to ONE!
