Job description
Ohios leader in Commercial Food Equipment Service and Repair is currently seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher to receive requests by phone and email, and then communicate with team members to service those requests out of our Dayton location while providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and excellence.
Responsibilities Responding to calls in a calm, friendly and professional mannerPrioritizing calls according to relevant criteria (e.g., emergency need)Quickly and accurately collecting important information from the customerAccurately and concisely relaying necessary information to the team member(s) servicing the callMaintaining detailed records of calls and processing completed service calls promptly and error freeAssisting with keeping the work environment neat and orderlyProactively searching for new sales opportunities to grow existing customer baseDemonstrating exceptional quality of work and caring attitude towards customers and employees Qualifications Customer Service Dispatch experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and creative, willing to go the extra mile to ensure positive customer experienceExercise good judgement and thoughtfulness when faced with customer issues, do the right thingAble to work on a team, while also work independently on side projects with little to no supervisionGenuine satisfaction derived from helping othersProficiency with Microsoft Office365 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams), Order Management Systems, Mobile & Tablet devices Benefits Include Paid Time OffHealth, Vision, and Dental plansDisability and Life insurance401K with MatchProfit Sharing Program Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may applyOnly full-time employees eligible About CPS Celebrating 50 years in the industry, Commercial Parts & Service, Inc.
