Job description
Century City Psychiatry, founded by Dr. Mike Mah (Instagram @DrMikeMah), is seeking a dedicated, board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join his new insurance-based outpatient psychiatry practice in Century City, Los Angeles (90025).This is a unique opportunity to become a foundational team member in a growing, comprehensive and holistic mental health practice focused on delivering high-quality care with strong clinical leadership.This position will begin part-time while you build your patient panel, with the expectation of growing to a full-time schedule. Thanks to our strong referral network, established reputation, and high local demand, new clinicians typically ramp up to full-time within 6–12 months, sometimes sooner.You'll benefit from direct mentorship and supervision from Dr. Mike Mah, an established psychiatrist with a reputation for clinical excellence and innovation in mental health care. Job Type: Part-time, Direct hirePay: $75 per hourHours: Mon-FriWhat You'll Do:Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management (via telehealth and in-office care)Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team to ensure excellent continuity of careMaintain accurate, timely documentation using our modern EHR and communication systemsParticipate in the administration and clinical management of Spravato (esketamine) as the practice expandsReceive regular clinical mentorship and supervision from Dr. Mah to support your professional growthWhat We're Looking For:Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)Active and unrestricted NP license in CaliforniaCurrent DEA licenseCommitment to delivering comprehensive, holistic, evidence-based psychiatric careDesire to grow within a collaborative outpatient practice environmentPreferred:Prior experience in an outpatient psychiatric settingFamiliarity with EHRs and telehealth platformsInterest in integrative or advanced treatments like ketamine/SpravatoWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (W-2) with performance-based bonus opportunitiesFull administrative support - scheduling, billing, credentialing handledHybrid structure: telehealth + in-person care at our Century City locationClinical mentorship and collaboration with Dr. MahOpportunity to influence and help shape the culture and structure of a growing practicePathway to full-time as your panel builds6.7 IVCentury City Psychiatry is an equal opportunity employer.
