This hybrid role supports the mission of Friends of Ohana through community engagement, program coordination, and partnership development, while also providing project and administrative support to the CEO and President of Ohana.
This position is designed as a job share, balancing nonprofit program leadership with organizational project execution and executive support. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is both relational and highly organized, and who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Ohana is a Christian, faith-based, mission-driven organization providing residential support services for some of the most vulnerable individuals in Arizona. We operate licensed group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, senior care residential homes, and programs serving youth aging out of foster care, including transitional housing and life-skills support. Across all of our programs, we focus on creating safe, stable, family-style environments where people can thrive.
