As a Route Supervisor, you will oversee and support a team of route drivers to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient transport of Regulated Medical Waste. You will play a critical leadership role in promoting DOT compliance, driver safety, and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence. You may occasionally run routes (12 times per month) and must be knowledgeable in ELD systems and transportation regulations. Paid training, company-provided uniforms, and a strong opportunity to grow within an essential, mission-driven industry.
