Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Quality and Compliance for an Agency working with individuals with developmental disabilities and youth at-risk. Responsible for the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives and programs to improve Agency quality of service. The Associate Executive Director of Quality and Compliance will oversee: the Quality Assurance team, Nursing, Behavioral and Electronic Health Records.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience of program administration and supervision required. BA in Education, Psychology, Social Worker or related field required, Masters preferred. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or at risk youth required.
