Description
:As an RN Program Coordinator for Street Medicine, you will provide essential care and support to unhoused individuals living on the streets of Pittsburgh. This vital role involves direct patient engagement, addressing a wide range of healthcare needs, and making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable populations. Prior experience with alcohol and substance use disorders or street medicine is a valuable asset
This position works as part of a multidisciplinary team, including: Street nurse (this role), Street psychiatrist, Social workers / care coordinators, and DHS system partners.

Assesses, prepares, and provides nursing care to patients; provides ongoing care in collaboration with multiple physicians; provides and develops educational opportunities for staff and monitors outcomes.
