We’re looking for Ski & Snowboard Instructors to join our Mountain Sports School team in Girdwood, Alaska.What You’ll DoAs a Ski & Snowboard Instructor, you will teach alpine skiing and/or snowboarding to children and adults of all ability levels by focusing on the fundamentals of on-mountain safety while providing a fun on-snow experience. Extensive training is provided for inexperienced to advanced candidates.

What We Need
What to Expect📌 Be on alert and at times, on your feet for long periods, including nights, weekends, & holidays.📌 Work in a fast-paced, high-energy resort environment.📌 Adapt to seasonal changes around the resort and special events.📌Physical demands: Ability to demonstrate skiing or snowboarding techniques, lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, walk in various snow conditions, and stand for extended periods of time.📌Work Environment: This role occasionally involves extended hours and weekends to accommodate peak business periods. Operating within a dynamic, guest-centric setting, you will interact frequently with staff, guests, and stakeholders. Your work spans both indoor and outdoor environments, encompassing a range of mountain weather conditions.
