What You'll Do
As a Service Manager, you'll oversee all service operations at your location, partnering across departments to keep both internal and external customers satisfied while growing profitable service labor sales. You'll lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver the level of service WCTractor is known for.

Washington County Tractor, Inc. got its start in 1939 as a Ford tractor dealership in Brenham, Texas. Today, WCTractor is a proud Kubota dealer serving Central and East Texas, offering agricultural, construction, and lawn and garden equipment, utility vehicles, and trailers. Through the decades, several local families, including the Cades, Kankels, Quinns, Koehnes, Jensens, and now the Wackmans, have owned and led the company, and that active local family ownership continues to drive our mission forward every day.
