Responsibilities

1. Assists with drafting user stories and documentation
2. Supports backlog organization and tracking
3. Prepares materials for Agile ceremonies
4. Participates in requirements sessions
5. Compiles feedback and assists with reporting
6. Coordinates meetings and communications
7. Supports training materials and onboarding
8. Ensures documentation accuracy
9. Tracks issues and follow Agile practices

Qualifications

Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 02 years of relevant experience or internships
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience with Microsoft Windows core services, including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, GPOs, and permissions
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, including the provisioning and management of virtual machines and virtual networks
• Experience with the troubleshooting and configuration of Windows client and server operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills for network related issues involving switches, firewalls, VLANs and ports
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Exposure to Agile concepts
• Interest in product management and technology
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. This ranges from $87,000-$115,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
